The first Sustainability program for the Taupo region finished this week with speeches made by eleven operators about achievements made during the 12 week programme.

Taupo has closed off a corner near town for the public to enjoy and redirected cars so if you are coming to Taupo along your usual route then you are in for a surprise.

It is important to be aware of things that may happen while you are enjoying our experience. Before you book take the time to read through. Please be at the boat 15 minutes before departure to hear the safety briefing.

I often receive requests for information about how to easy it is to move around the boat. Especially for customers who have mobility problems with steps or ladders. I thought it would be helpful to show some photos of areas that may or may not cause some issues with accessibility.

Life jackets are offered to all passengers during the safety brief and passengers are told where to find them if they are needed.
